Lelienfontein is managed and maintained by competent full-time staff. Owner Jannie Bosman, sons and permanent farmhands who recently acquired a share in the business. It is the policy to create a worthwhile job for each and every person living on the farm. The grafting staff is highly qualified and competent - some of them have more than 20 years' experience.

Jannie Bosman
Chairman

Jannie was born in 1955, attended Huguenote High School in Wellington and obtained his B.Agric (Admin) from Stellenbosch University. Since 1979, his role has been monumental in developing Lelienfontein Vine Growers to the success story that it is today.

Jan Bosman
Nursery Manager

Jan was born in 1984 and attended Paul Roos Gymnasium in Stellenbosch, after which he obtained a B.Sc (Viticulture and Plant pathology) at the University of Stellenbosch. He joined the Lelienfontein team in 2008, with specific focus to the technical aspects of vine nursing.

Nicolene Klopper
Sales Assistant & Logistics

Nicolene attended Huguenote High School in Wellington and obtained her tertiary education from Damelin. She joined the Lelienfontein team in 2004 and is responsible for sales assistance and logistics.

André le Roux
Marketing & Client Service

André was born in 1956 in Zambia, attended Stellenbosch High School and received his tertiary education from Elsenburg Agricultural College and the Stellenbosch School of Business. He joined the Lelienfontein in 2001 and has well over 30 years of experience in the industry.

Marco Blom
Marketing & Client Service

Marco was born in 1964 in Wynberg, attended Oakdale High School in Riversdal and received his tertiary training from Elsenberg Agricultural College in Stellenbosch. He joined the Lelienfontein team in 2005 and has well over 25 years experience in the industry.

P-D Bosman
Operational Manager

P-D was born 1983, attended Paul Roos Gymnasium in Stellenbosch and obtained a B.Agric (Admin) degree from the University of Stellenbosch. He joined the Lelienfontein team in 2006 with special focus on day to day operations of the nursery and other farming activities.

Johan Arnolds
Dispatch Officer

Johan was born in 1972 and attended Weltevrede Senior Secondary School in Wellington. He joined the Lelienfontein team in 1988 and he is the friendly staff member that will assist you during despatch of your vine order.

Petrus Bosman
Managing Director

Petrus was born in 1981, attended Paul Roos Gymnasium and obtained a B.Acc (BCommHons.) from Stellenbosch University. He joined the Lelienfontein team in 2004 and plays an important role in the strategic development of Lelienfontein Vine Growers.
